1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the luckin33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms apply to all luckin33 platform users regardless of access method — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device. luckin33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and continued use of the platform will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using luckin33, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations from using this service.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of luckin33 services, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You must notify luckin33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access or security breach on your account.
- Luckin33 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
- Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Inaccurate information may result in withdrawal processing delays.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Luckin33 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are prohibited on the luckin33 platform:
Using unauthorised software or methods to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or engage in any form of cheating against the platform or other users.
Using the luckin33 platform for money laundering, illegal financing, or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
Registering using a false identity, another person's personal information, or falsified documents in order to circumvent the verification process.
Engaging in any action that damages, disrupts, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform, including cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, or the distribution of malware.
Luckin33 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure and balance freezing, upon detection of any breach of these rules.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the luckin33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposits via FPX (direct bank transfer) and TNG eWallet. All deposits are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.
The payment terms and conditions are as follows:
- Deposit Limit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Check the deposit page in your account for the latest information.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the support page. luckin33 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Bonus & Promotions: All bonuses are subject to separate rollover requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly until rollover conditions have been fully met.
- Transaction Freeze: luckin33 reserves the right to freeze or withhold transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or breaching these Terms while an investigation is carried out.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations relating to their winnings or transactions under Malaysian law.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
Luckin33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis without any implied warranties. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters. luckin33's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the luckin33 platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of luckin33 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from luckin33. Any third-party links that may appear on the platform are provided for reference purposes only; luckin33 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
Account Suspension & Closure
Luckin33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the sole discretion of management. If an account is closed for reasons beyond the user's control, any valid balance will be returned following the appropriate verification process. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Luckin33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation before legal proceedings are initiated.
